After months of research and careful consideration, I decided my next vehicle would be a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I currently own a 2003 Jeep Wrangler, and absolutely love it, so why not own 2 Jeeps, right? My husband and I had never done business with Bald Hill before, but an internet search to locate the 2014 Grand Cherokee I was looking for brought me to them. It was the only one with all the options within a 200 mile radius! Lou and the Bald Hill Team were absolutely, without a doubt, the BEST to do business with. It was seemless, no haggling, no back-and-forth negotiating to get to the final number. I told them what I wanted to spend, and that was it. They could have played hard-ball knowing I was not going to find another one in the area, but they didn't. And I paid thousands less than a friend of mine who went to a different dealer (who shall not be named) and bought the exact same car! They are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling, and Lou helped out tremendously with learing all the bells and whistles in my new Jeep. I bought a new Jeep Wrangler with a dealer installed snow plow from Bald Hill Jeep. I have also purchased 2 Dodge 1500 pick up trucks in the past 3 years. The Jeep with 3000 miles had a defective clutch. I had to pay $1,250.00 to replace the clutch and flywheel because the Jeep was only warranted for 1 year or 12,000 miles for the clutch. I have been plowing snow for the past 50 years and have never had a clutch failure I spoke to the salesman, the service manager and the owner Jim Hagan . I bought the Jeep and plow package from them. They were not willing to stand behind what they sold me. I will never buy another vechicle from Bald Hill Dodge Jeep. Good luck to anyone doing business with this dealer.

I stopped in to this dealer on Sunday to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I still had a few months left on my existing lease but I was below my mileage threshold and the car was in great shape so I was hoping to work out a deal. I test drove a vehicle with Lou and he was friendly and low pressure. I knew I wanted to buy the Jeep as soon as I drove it. I spent about 30 minutes with Lou researching the buyout on my current lease and he was able to absorb the remaining 3 payments on my previous car and give me a great deal on my new Jeep. I stopped by the next day and spent about 20 minutes with Steven Rodriguez who reviewed a few additional options available for me (two of which I opted for) and then he finalized the paperwork. There was no hard up-selling and the numbers matched exactly to what Lou had quoted me the day before. I lease a new vehicle every three years and this was by far the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Nice people, a great deal, and no pressure. I will absolutely go back to these guys when my lease is up in 3 years.

I recently purchased a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 after leasing 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 from Bald Hill Dodge. I enjoyed the lease truck so much that I went back to Bald Hill Dodge and purchased a 2014 truck.Since purchasing the truck, I put it right to work by hauling my boat and hauling firewood. I also had an opportunity to give my 80 year old mother in law an extened ride out of town and she was so surprised by the smooth ride comparing it to a car. The sales representative, Lou Ruggieri was wonderful. He was very personable and knowledgable about the Ram trucks. Lou not only knew the vehicle he was selling, he was also knowledgable with the appropriate paper work that needed to be completed. The business manager, Steve Rodrigues was very helpful with the financing. He was professional with his discussions and fair with the different options of financing available. I feel very confident recommending to anyone to go Bald Hill Dodge since I am sure they will be treated the way I was treated.
