The facility was good. The salesman was great. The buying process was made easy. Everyone was friendly and professional. They had a great and well thought out test drive circuit to experience all types of driving circumstances. The paperwork was straightforward and done quickly. I'd definitely go back for another vehicle and I live over 100 miles away.

If you are going to purchase a car new or pre owned talk to Lou Ruggieri. What s hard worker! He was all and more of what you would like in a sales person. Lou took care of everything from helping out with the credit application, calling the insurance company, getting the car cleaned, filled up with gas and putting on my plates. I was able to leave the dealership same day within a couple of hours including test drive. Finance manager Steve was very nice as well..... No pressure in the box! I want to thank Charlie, Sam and all of the staff at Baldhill Dodge, Jeep for their excellent customer service, attention to detail and seamless transaction. While my husband was serving in Afghanistan, he contacted Charlie via chat and asked him several questions about the Jeeps in stock. Charlie could've ignored the inquiry, after all, my husband was in Afghanistan. What are the odds of him actually buying a Jeep? After several days of communicating, I went down to the dealership to meet Charlie so he could put a name with the face (emails). We went for a test drive and was very accommodating with his explanations. My husband was not due home for another three weeks, but they held the vehicle for me. Upon return home, the first thing my husband wanted to do was to pick up his first ever brand new dream toy. A Jeep Wrangler with a 2.5 inch lift kit and 35" tires!! It was a surprise to walk into the show room with the Jeep all done, washed, waxed with balloons and a welcome banner hanging from the ceiling. My husband was in shock! Very happy and impressed at the length of service the staff and Baldhill Dodge went through to make his homecoming a great success! We have had a chance to rekindle old friendships and make new ones!
