Went to Bald Hill to take a look at the Dodge Dart. Charles Chatterley was very helpful and informative about the car. Test drove and ended up buying the Dart. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

After being told that I would get free tires for life, they went back on their words.I'v purchased 3 cars over the last 4 years. Bald Hill has now lost a customer due to their shallow sales techniques.

I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. My husband and I were treated very well and it was an excellent experience in the purchase of our new vehicle.

Went in to look at the new Dart and was hooked up with Joe Simoes, Joe took the time to understand what I wanted and went through all my options, he was very patient in letting me test drive 2 different models and very thorough in explaining everything to me (finance options, car features ect.)

Had a tight budget to work with. Joe Simoes understood that and didnt try to push me into something i couldnt afford. Ended up with a brand new vehicle, nice set of options; all my needs were met. Process was quick. Test drove the vehicle on my lunch break. Headed back two days later to finalize paperwork (took about an hour) and done.

Sales associate Mr. Mike Mardo was very helpful, straightforward and courteous in assisting us in the purchase of a certified pre-owned vehicle. Good overall experience thanks to Mike.
