10/10 experience with Salesman Jeremy Cates, through all my vehicle purchases across the board this was the most smooth and efficient experience. I’ve had many experiences with dealerships and I have nothing negative to say about Irwin Ford. They took care of me from the minute I put in an online inquiry to the minute Jeremy took a picture of me outside my New-To-Me F250. Same day and I drove up from Foxboro Massachusetts and they were more than accommodating for that out of state registry and what I need to bring to get the job done in one day. No extra fees or baloney or battling the finance department for rates… these guys got me done right. Car was as shown on internet and as I expected it. They went above and beyond to get my sale done as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Truck has been a beauty since I got it a month ago and fully inspected its solid. Thank you Jeremy Cates and Team. I’ve never left a dealership feeling no headache and taken care of beside you guys at Irwin Ford. 10/10
