Dillon was exceptional! We were fairly specific about what we wanted and how much we were willing to spend and Dillon took his time to find the right vehicles-explaining the differences from the mileage to the increase or decrease in payment amount between the vehicles, etc. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions. We would, hands down, go back to him for another vehicle. Also a shout out to Dennis in Finance-we came with a pre-approval letter and he went ahead and was able to get our interest rate lowered! Both of them went above and beyond our expectations-we won't go anywhere else from now on!
