My wife and I went to Irwins and me the guy with the bow tie, his name is Seamus. He worked with us showing us 3 cars until we found what we loved. he was patient. and informative. The only complaint I have and it's not with Sesmaus, it's with the detail department. After road testing the car my wife found a pencil between the seat with some crumbs, Seamus sent the car to the detail dept to check it before we took it, and guess what the crumbs and pencil were still there.

I have purchased more than one vehicle from Irwin Hyundai and they have been awesome. We forgot to take some floor mats that we had purchased out of the car that we traded into before they took the car away and they said they had already thrown the floor mats away. To make up for it they gave us brand new WeatherTech floor mats to match the new vehicle that we had just purchased from them. Also, the vehicles that I purchase from Irwin Hyundai, I have serviced through them. But I was recently there for a service visit! Their service team has always been great! They are fair and honest, and they even took a video of my car to show me what the issues were and what I might need to have done before next year's inspection. I definitely recommend Irwin Hyundai!
