Great Service and Communication from all the Staff
I bought my F250 In 2012 From Irwins. And All the times I've been there for normal Scheduled service,I have received prompt and courteous attention from everybody that works there. A Great place to do business. And My service advisor.(Wayne Uhlenberg), and the mechanic were Great. They actually listened to what I said,and followed through with it.

Positive experience at Irwin Toyota
My experience at Irwin Toyota was very positive. My state inspection was done on time while I waited. Bob Abbott is definitely an asset to this dealership. I bought my Highlander here new and I would recommend the dealership without question to anyone looking to buy a new Toyota.

New Express Maintenance is AMAZING!
I cannot say enough about Irwin's new Express Maintenance! What used to keep me waiting at there dealership for an hour and a half was completed start to stop in a half hour. My service guy, Steve Barbour, was very professional, smiling and greeted me quickly. They were done so fast I thought they forgot to do something on the car. Steve reassured me that everyone was complete and that the new process they were doing has sped things up! I'll never Service anywhere besides Irwin from now on! Thank you!

Good experience
Gary Stohl helped me at Irwin with a complicated list of items. Very courteous and competent service manager. Old truck, but will be better now due to Irwin and Gary's competence.

New Purchase
I purchased a new 2015 Toyota Highlander last week from the Irwin dealership in Laconia. Scott Hayward warmly greeted us as we walked into the showroom. He showed us a Rav4 and offered me the chance to test drive the Highlander. He answered all my questions, has e-mailed me and called to follow-up on the transaction. I couldn't be happier with my new vehicle and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Scott Hayward to a friend or contact him in the future if I need another car.

Car service at Irwin Motors is the best.
I dealt with Dennis Ackley who took my request for service promptly but also described the no charge services they would perform. At checkout, at the time he had given me, he reviewed the service performed and then outlined the service that should be done at the next service visit. All of this done in a very understanding manner. It was a very productive experience.

Great Service
My '06 F350 diesel was having trouble starting, whether hot or cold. It took a while for it to mess up with the Mike mechanic there but when it finally did the service manager Jim O'Keefe got me scheduled in and kept me informed during the repairs. Great Job Guys!!

Loyal customer until now
I have been a loyal customer of Hyundai Irwin's from the moment I purchased my vehicle from them. I have always had respect from service and sales, and the atmosphere feeling welcoming. On July 16, 2015, my view point significantly decreased. I felt the service advisor was more about getting more money out of me and pressuring me to mend to his ways versus me making the best choice for myself, my vehicle and my wallet. I felt bullied, and felt like my opinion did not matter. I need tires, Dennis Ackley was intent on me buying the lower priced tires based upon his judgement on what was good for my tire. I explained the cost is not important to me and I would rather have a better quality than worry about the price. There was no acknowledgment, but more so there was pressure to focus on the cheaper tires and feel that's because they were in stock, whereas the other tires recommended were not. I had a concern with a rotational noise, and before even double checking with the technician, Dennis claimed and was very arrogantly confident that it was something to do with the tire or the alignment, and that "I have heard this story a hundred times, and with what you're saying it definitely sounds like a tire or alignment issue"...moments later, after I insist on him double checking comes back and says that it's not the tire or alignment, the sound is coming from my brakes sticking to the holders because of dirt and grime. I declined all services to be done to my vehicle like i have always done in the past, because not only is my boyfriend a mechanic, but so is my stepfather, and I trust them more to steer me in the direction of them fixing my vehicle issues or if its best to go back to the dealership. Dennis seemed to be ok with me declining services, but was very adament about telling me the pros to buying tires from Irwin, and the services they provide. If he was all about Customer Service and writing reviews is what Irwin prides themselves on, then perhaps they should have service advisors or the service department in general check the customers profile, where they would see that I have bought tires before (good quality ones, and more expensive ones), they would also see how I am a loyal customer and do not need to be bullied or treated like I do not know whats going on with my vehicle. In addition, they should have common sense that with buying the vehicle and being a loyal customer with everything I have done to my vehicle, they would not treat me like some little girl where this is her first time having something done to my vehicle I left the IRWIN HYUNDAI feeling quite perturbed and feeling like perhaps this dealership after so many years isn't for me anymore. I write this review as a way of letting others know that if you are to be dealing with Dennis Ackley, put your guard up, and if you are to consider Irwin hyundai for a vehicle purchase, please have your eyes wide open for how not only sales, but how service treats their loyal customers. I am thoroughly disappointed, and my high opinion of Irwin Hyundai is not where it was before and I held them in high esteem. It's a shame that one person can bring the character of a dealarship down, but if Irwin Hyundai is going to hire people like Dennis Ackley, I do not trust their judgement on my vehicle in regards to quality services versus how much money they can milk me for before I leave the parking lot. I am disgusted.

Truly Exceptional Service
Our Toyota RAV4 was part of a recall for excessive oil consumption. It was an extensive process to repair. Parts could not be ordered until the selected parts were taken off the vehicle. Some of the replacement parts were not immediately available. We were provided with a rental vehicle the day we brought the vehicle in. Steve Barbour was the Service Writer with whom we dealt. He was truly exceptional. He is so friendly and pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. He kept us informed every step of the way regarding delivery of parts and time frames. When we realized the vehicle registration needed to be renewed and the vehicle needed to be inspected, he arranged that for us. We highly recommend the service at the Irwin Zone and Steve Barbour.
