He led us to the perfect car for our family, and we really feel we made the right decision joining the Toyota family. The atmosphere and professionalism was great. After months of car shopping, we just knew we would be buying a Toyota Rav4 from Howard Cullen. Out of many salesman we'd been to, he was by far the best. Several days ago we walked into Irwin Motors thinking about buying an Escape. Our Subaru had almost 130,000 miles and we thought it was time to trade while it still had some value. We had a general idea of what we wanted, i.e. back up camera, and heated seats. Mike Huckins waited on us and immediately let us drive two cars, an Escape and an Edge. After driving both cars we knew that the Escape was the car for us. Mike then spent a lot of time to fit the car the way we wanted. For example we wanted a white car with the back up camera, heated seats, and a GPS. After going thru all the options we decided on a car that had everything we wanted. It is a titanium model with leather seats, etc. It is very very nice, and we love it. Today we picked it up and Mike spent a lot of time with us going over the car and how to operate it. I think we have almost everything figured out. I am very impressed with Irwin Motors, and Mike did an outstanding job of helping us. He is very pleasant, and we did not feel pressure to make a purchase. We are very happy customers.

I bought a car from Craig LaChapelle. He was very friendly and respectful. We researched the cars beforehand, and there were no surprises, he was very straightforward. The process was fairly simple, He wasn't a kind of pressured sale guy, more of a relaxed on point experience. My only complaint was the long wait to get to the finance office, but that's kind of circumstantial based on the other people in the dealership that day.

We knew what we could get and what we couldn't and he was ready to offer the best deal. For that, we chose to buy from him. We purchased a 2014 Rav and are very happy with the whole process. Head and shoulders above the other dealerships we had been to for atmosphere, personality, and service. Satisfied customers who will continue to come back in the future.

I recently visited Irwin Toyota to explore a trade for a new vehicle. I was a little nervous at first and didn't know what to expect, After several test drives, My salesman, David Foster suggested I try a Rav4. I immediately fell in love. The whole process was smooth, Financing was easy. I was able to complete the transaction and drive my new Rav4 home within a couple hours David was so patient with me throughout the whole process and really put me at ease.
