Travis was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was

Travis was very helpful in finding the vehicle I was interested in. Upon delivery he was very helpful on the ins and outs of the vehicle and understood what was important to me and my wife. I highly recommend the entire staff at Grappone Honda for making this an enjoyable car shopping experience.

An employee came out to the entrance as soon as I got

An employee came out to the entrance as soon as I got inside and took my information then took me inside and found me in the computer and set me up for the recall appointment then I was directed to the waiting area and told to help myself to the complimentary food and drink and told a tech would come out to speak with me when the car was ready which took place and I was advised I needed rear brakes and shocks and then I was on my way.

I needed a tire plugged after having a flat and had an oil change scheduled the next day. They got me in the same day and moved my oil change for my convenience. The workers in service are always friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Grappone Honda service.
