Great service and friendly
The specialist Ryerson Garrett made my car shopping experience less stressful and actually quite enjoyable. I don't like the pressure from the car dealers in general. But they made the price very clear upfront and purchase process went smoothly. I got my dream car in a reasonable price. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

Top notch dealership-both the people and facility
We've purchased four vehicles from Grappone Toyota. The sales people are personable, know the products well, and use a no pressure sales approach. The service department is friendly, respectful and keep you informed. The waiting area is large and comfortable and very clean. They offer free coffee, tea and hot chocolate as well as yummy popcorn made in their machine. Wifi is free. An added bonus is that they're a green facility. We've come to know that we'll be treated as "family" every time we go there.
