I got there about a half hour before my meeting, and

I got there about a half hour before my meeting, and kinda looked over the place, especially the car maintenance bay...again early in the morning everyone very nice.. Sochi was very knowledgeable about the cars that were available..and was just the right assertiveness to make you want to buy...considering I did not necessarily go into buy that day I went in to look,,,so she must have really done her job Sherly was very knowledgeable about all the disparate paperwork. And was making sure I understood enough to insure a sale...but considerate enough to explain everything including titles and transfer of titles...

I had always had good experience at Berman Nissan.

I had always had good experience at Berman Nissan. The technicians, the representatives always provided great service. The only downfall was - there was always a lot of waiting - over 3 hours, at one point I spent almost 8 hours in the dealership. However this time I had the perfect experience. The representative was new - name Oscar. He gave me the royal treatment, was very courteous, attentive and answered my questions very professionally, the technicians did their perfect job as usual and surprise the waiting was only one hour.
