always have a good experience...in and out in about an hour for an oil change and a checkup...staff great, waiting area clean, lots of room, all good

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2021 back in August.

Purchased a new Nissan Rogue 2021 back in August. At 8,000 miles and 10,000 miles a warning light indicated System Malfunction Engine Power reduced. Was not fixed and car stalled at 12,000 miles. Requested a new vehicle and ended up paying 20% more for 20% less vehicle. Sales rep/GM was very nice and accommodated me the best he could but Nissan essentially sold me a vehicle with a defective engine then because they "had no Rogues" in stock made me by a smaller vehicle at a higher interested rate as I had no choice because mine was unsafe and I have to get work somehow. Many who work there are nice, and Lukasz who got me into the Rogue SV that day was excellent, but both my 2016 Nissan Altima and the 2021 Rogue had fuel pump issues and boy am I paying the price for their defective vehicles.

DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE

If I could give zero stars for this dealership I would. They are extremely misleading and do not communicate costs to their clients. They will tell you that the service fee they charge will apply to the services you receive - but this is a lie. I placed $190 to receive a diagnostic evaluation of my car and the representative, Rudy, told me that this will apply to services I have completed at this dealership. I explained I am also interested in an oil change. I did NOT give them authorization to complete the oil change. Although, they do have you sign an electronic "breakdown" that they don't even let you view on their tablet, which they use to argue that this gives them authorization to complete a service without disclosing the cost. They are now telling me I owe them over $300 for the oil change and because I received the diagnostic review. Which I would have happily paid $90 for the oil change and would have eaten the $100 difference I paid for the service fee which is what they make you believe is the case. This is not the case whatsoever they will not apply the service fee to the services you receive here and will just screw you over. Do NOT recommend doing any business here. And I cannot emphasize this enough. The service manager was also rude and continuously spoke over and down to me during the whole process.

The customer service was excellent, and everyone I interacted with was very kind and professional. However, I compared oil and tire rates to other dealerships after I left and this dealership is charging double the going rate :/

I have had excellent customer service in the service...

I have had excellent customer service in the service department on a regular basis whenever I bring my Murano in for an appointment. Deshon Young has consistently provided professional service and great communication. On my last visit, Tony Griffin provided the same great service and communication. Continuity in service, communication and professionality is so important, alongside the aptitude and care by the mechanics and technicians. In my experience, all of this has been top notch at Berman.

Terrible service

I’ve been a long time customer . Service has always been excellent . Today it was awful !!! Thank goodness I was first car in . When I checking out they had cars that weren’t assigned to technicians yet . They have staff walking around with no face masks on . TERRIBLE SERVICE

I accidentally went to the infinity dealership so I was late . But they accommodated me anyway ! Everyone was kind and professional ! And I even got a complimentary car wash ! They even cleaned the inside of my car ! I would definitely go back again !
