Alannah, Our team has kept you up to date on the status of your vehicle. It was the manager, Kiko that approved your repairs and set up your appointment for two days later, when service is booked two weeks out. With any service work, we have to be reasonable to allow a proper diagnostic and proper time to fix the vehicle correctly.
