The technician was good, and informative. I wish I could say the same with just about everyone else I dealt with. The salesman I bought the car from would tell me one thing but wrote down something else. As an example, when I bought the car, he told me they owed me to do the brakes. When I went to get my brakes done, he said that it was only to check them. We went back and forth about that. I called weeks before to make an appointment but the gentleman on the phone said Saturday's are first come first serve. Not true, I showed up and had to wait about 3 hours before they could look at my car, then had to wait about another 2 hours to do my back brakes only. The only person who came up to me during this whole waiting period was Juan letting me know the car was up getting checked. I had to go up to the salesman to get any updates. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will not go back there for anything, buying another car or for the service.

they sold me a vehicle with a leaking roof ball tires no antenna no electrical charge point as is I had to pay extra for all these other parts, but the service department was amazing
