About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since November 2006.
Since 1896 the Haggerty family has been serving the transportation needs of Chicago. It started in 1896 when John Patrick Haggerty great grandfather to co-owners Mike and Dick Haggerty began the Haggerty Livery Company on Clark Street on Chicago's south side. He sold and maintained horse drawn carriages and continued his successful business into the 1920's. His son Richard E. Haggerty Sr. raised five daughters and seven sons. Three of those sons entered the automotive business and came to own GM dealerships.

I have been dealing with Mike Haggerty since 2016. ERNESTO has sold me 2 brand new cars. I truly love his customer service. Mr. Haggerty the owner came and greeted me. This dealership is amazing.

Test driving a car there.

Test driving a car there. Parts of the car were not working, so we were trying to get them to work to determine if we were going to buy the car. While we are still in it, our salesman says “well someone else is here to see the car, soo do you want to go forward with it or what?” So that was the first red flag. We left after that, then he flagged us down to our car and said “so how much would you pay for it?”. I am not going to include how incredibly rude the sales manager was over the phone. This was the worst car buying experience and I’ll never go back.

A salesman named Ron Assaf helped me.

A salesman named Ron Assaf helped me. I was looking for a used Car and I didn’t see the color I wanted so Ron asked me had I considered buying a new vehicle so he showed me a new Car and I walked out of that dealership with a new Car. Thanks Ron for all your help and service you gave me. You were Great.

Service sucks !

Service sucks !!! No way it should take 3 hrs for an oil change !!! They called me to come in after I tryed to get an appointment online! This weekend crew has horrible timing!! I should have went to take 5.. Never again will I come here!!!

Great service. The service department was courteous and friendly. My car was serviced and ready to go in a reasonable amount of time. I was very satisfied.

I came Got an inspection paid $2600 for repairs.

I came Got an inspection paid $2600 for repairs. Came in with one light left with six new lights! I really dislike this place. I only Come here because other Buick says to keep car here if you all are the ones who broke down the engine.
