This was our first experience with Heritage Ford.

This was our first experience with Heritage Ford. The communication was excellent, did not feel pressured. Jackson’s eagerness for meeting our wants and needs was superior. His attention to details, product knowledge and follow-ups are remarkable. It was Jackson’s follow-up call after our initial visit that led to us finalizing the sale. He has made us feel like valued customers. We are hopeful future interactions with Heritage Ford will be as pleasant and positive.

I had a very positive experience working with Noah during what could have been a stressful time while my old truck was undergoing repairs. Throughout the process, Noah was diligent, responsive, and consistently professional. He respected my timeline, never pushed for decisions, and gave me the space I needed while still being available whenever questions came up. Most importantly, Noah worked with me to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted and stayed within the price point I needed. His approach was straightforward, polite, and customer-focused, which made the entire process much easier. Bill Labonte was extremely helpful with our purchase of

Bill Labonte was extremely helpful with our purchase of the 2017 Ford Taurus Limited. We spotted the car at Heritage as we were travelling down Shelburne Road on a Saturday afternoon, and stopped to look it over. Bill came out, we went inside and talked, and drove the car home Monday evening. Since Ford discontinued the Taurus, we were very lucky to find this one!
