10/10 shopping experience with the guys at Handy's. Terrance and Oliver were stellar to do business with. This was my first time buying from a dealer, and I had heard a lot of horror stories about other dealers, but these guys set themselves apart from the rest. Can't go wrong at Handy's Downtown.

Several weeks ago my husband and I decided that our old, 2003 Hyundai Elantra, with 227,000 miles, needed to be retired. We knew we didn't want a brand new car. We wanted an almost new, gently used car at a reasonable price. We also wanted to be able to get an extended warranty. Enter Handy's Downtown. They had just what we were looking for, a 2016 Hyundai Elantra with reasonable mileage and an available warranty. Sales Consultant Terrance Sayers made our purchasing easy and enjoyable, while Manager Justin Lemoine got our loan approved in minutes! We drove out of their lot the same day with a "new to us" new car. 😁

I couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience than this Tacoma purchase. I worked with Terrance, at the dealership's downtown location, where they keep their used cars. Terrance (AKA Hawaii T) was great to do business with, and he knows a lot about Tacomas. Oliver, the manager of the store, also did a great job making sure everything went as smooth as possible, and he made sure I got a great value for my trade. All in all I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys to do business with. I know all be back when the time comes.

Salesman and manager were uninformative, lied about the cars concerns in question, were rude, and refused to negotiate price at all. If not for the hopes of a young car owner, I would have walked out. Will never recommend to other buyers.
