Meeting Ali Kamal for the first time was a very pleasant experience. No high pressure tactics. Our long time salesman had retired so we really needed to continue our association with this dealership with someone new. Ali will be our go to guy for the rest of our buying days. We have been buying there since 1976.

Thomas Bouvier, our sales associate, communicated with us by email before we visited the showroom, so we had some good, solid information about the car we had in mind. WhIle we were there, he walked us through every step and there was no pressure. Reg Howard, the business manager, explained each step of the paperwork clearly.The extended service plan provided by the dealership looks excellent. It was a pleasant experience and we drove away in a beautiful car. We recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Katelyn S has got to be the most pleasant sales rep I've been to. She was helpful and not pushy like you find at a lot of used dealerships. Helped me get the car I wanted at an awesome price. Their pretty good at the downtown location. The whole process was fast and easy. Super low stress. Would definitely got back when I need my next car. Can't say enough about Kate though, she really made the whole thing kinda fun haha.

Zak & Jaime made the process simple and easy, without all the typical car dealership pressure. We appreciated their down to earth attitudes and would definitely recommend handy toyota to a friend.

We were hoping for a truck but they just weren't in our budget. Aaron was able to find a Rav4 that fit our needs and our budget. We love our Rav and Aaron did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience and would recommend Handy Toyota and Aaron Bachelder to anybody.

Stopped by to see their selection, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, escpecially Matt who was helpful with showing me their inventory.
