I have used Gene Langan VW in Glastonbury for years for service on my 2001. It was time to buy a new car and I went to the dealer I trusted. My salesmen Dan Arsenault was wonderful to deal with . On delivery day of the car Eugene Langan, the son of the owner spent time with me going over all the features and syncing my phone to the car. I can't recommend this dealership or salesman enough. The customer service cannot be beat.

Excellent experience
Bought a new TDI Jetta and I love it. In my line of work I do a lot of driving so the 50 mpg is a huge plus and the car is a very comfortable ride.

Great experience
I bought a RAM from Gene Langan VW today. What a great experience. It's like they're more concerned with making you happy than turning a profit. The showroom was unique and a great touch. Chris was easy to deal with and Steve couldn't have been more professional. I would recommend them to anyone. Keep up the great work guys.

Fantastic Buying Experience
