Went to look at a leftover 2015 VW Passat Tdi as was comparison shopping with my 2 local VW Dealers and went to Gene Langan VW in Glastonbury,CT which is 40 miles away from my house on a hunch and when I arrived at dealership I was pleasantly surprised by finding exactly what I was looking for as the car was available.From checking out vehicle,determining my trade in value and getting vehicle prepared ,paperwork and taking delivery of new vehicle was a very pleasant and smooth transition.I guess the old saying 'Sometimes you have to go out of the way to get a good deal ' is true as I am totally satisfied with care and detail of my experience with Gene Langan VW.

Top notch service department. I received warranty work on my 2017 GTI and previously had snow tires put on my 2016 GTI at this location. Both occasions I was taken in same day and the work was performed quickly and in a professional manner. A+ in customer service!

The salesmen were not Pushy at all! They were patient and very knowledgeable, very helpful!! Drove several car models and decided on new because I'd Great prices and VW incentives. --picking up the car was a Fun process- it's done at a nearby location full of vintage cars and comfy seating- staff walk you through every aspect of your new nicely detailed car. --repairs on my prior VW were done here. Service dept. is friendly and Knowledgeable. Repairs were done timely and well!! ---Waiting area is incredible - several areas, kid area, work area, Tv, desks, artwork, coffee, ice cream etc. Overall Terrific buying experience and nice facility, excellent staff, free loaners, conveniently Located!! Assistant manager needs customer service classes. After being done with my vehicle being serviced he just handed me paperwork and turned around and walked away without summarizing what's been serviced and completed to my vehicle. He stated it's all done free of charge. It's not how to treat a customer.

In November we made an appointment with Bob Johnson, and after test driving a couple of different models, we leased a 2017 Jetta SEL for my wife. I went back in February when I noticed on their web page a GTI in a color I liked. I called Bob, made an appointment, drove the car, put a deposit on it and signed the papers. Sales, Service, Business and Delivery experiences are excellent.

Our sales representative, Dan A., was very accommodating and made sure we got the best deal available to us. He told us about additional discounts that we were not aware of! When we picked up the car, Gene Jr. gave me a "tutorial" of all the features of our new 2016 Jetta, while my husband enjoyed a beer in the VW museum!. He was very thorough and we did not feel rushed.
