Disappointing Experiance

Recently purchased a 2015 Honda CRV from Manchester Honda. Looking to replace a 12 year old car with a safe and reliable vehicle. This is the forth and last Honda. The experience has been very disappointing with problems with the vehicle from day 1. A 30K mistake. Just want to resolve this issue and move on. Honda should not continue to sell this car with known problems that the dealer is hiding.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. Last straw asked to buy back car. Offer is a 5K loss. John Casey (Sales manager) said best they could do. They know of problems with car and put it on the consumer. He said to take it up with American Honda nothing they can do. Felt very insulted.The car is under warranty that they will not cover. Have made multiple attempts to fix the issues, now feel I have been black listed. Last time called put on hold for 18 minutes then disconnected. To start it off took delivery late evening and did not notice the white spots all over the car until the next day. Paid for Simonize (big mistake). Upon inspection found a piece of a rag (used for Simonize) caught in trim under drivers side headlight. Trim lifted will not lay flat. Met with John Casey (sales manager) and Tom Graham (service manager). John commented that that it does not look bad barely noticeable. Tom used spray and a rag attempting to remove the spots. Agreeing that they are under the Simonize. Told them it was unacceptable to make it right. They kept the car for 2 days. Called the next afternoon was told they were too busy had other priorities. Completed next day replacing the front grille and re-simonize. Next car started to vibrate excessively.Shaking so much can see car vibrate while running standing outside of car. This makes me nausea during 30 minute commute to work driving in traffic and highway.Also feels like driving on rumble strip at 10, 25, 45, 5 & 65mph. Gas mileage is poor 25 at best. Something is seriously wrong with the car. Searched online it is a known problem. Twice stopped at a red light brake pedal went to floor causing car to roll thankfully did not hit car in front. Took car back again. Service adviser said first of hearing of vibration issue. when mention again then say oh you mean that problem. They balanced the tires and bled the brakes. Did not help. Next day tire pressure light came on. Back again. What next? Told by service adviser this is known problem nothing can be done. Do not feel comfortable driving this unsafe car.It has gotten to the point where the dealer is tired of seeing me and the same with them. Have made multiple attempts last time called put on hold for 18 minutes someone picked up the phone then hung up. and now have been told from sales manager John Casey it is out of there hands. can not help, to take it up with American Honda.

New pilot purchase

My recent visit was exceptional. Great salesman and technician. My wife hates buying a new car but the plain and simple approach was great. This is my second pilot and I'm sure I see another one in the future. Nice job Jim and Deb

Pleasant, relaxing and enjoyable

My husband and I went to this dealership to see a Honda coupe. we saw on the website. Unfortunately we were too late and it was sold.. Our sales rep Amanda Lavoie helped us in looking at another car. I was amazed at her knowledge of the various cars, she helped make the experience enjoyable and not stressful. She mentioned she was new into this business and I agree that she is a perfect fit. I hope she is still there in 2 years when I will be returning. I also want to credit the manager who I felt offered a fair price on my trade-in with his first offer. The man who also reviewed the car with me was ver knowledgeable and more than patient with all of my questions. Top notch dealership!

Another satisfactory service

Came in for a regular oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. Dropped car off early and it was out early.

Los ball

The finance rates very high even I had more than 800 credit score and the value of my trade in very low other dealers value my car 3000 more than what they offert , they lost a customer . One week after their lower the price of the car than I like but was to late I found better deal I Acura of Manchester.

Routine Maintenance & Air Bag Recall

Getting to the service area is a maze! However, once you pull up to the doors, Manchester Honda's very professional staff takes over. The time estimate of the service to be done was relatively accurate. Waiting area is very clean, but I do wish there were more pictures on the white walls!!!! Honda Company policy to keep us bored??? Nice play area for children...great idea to keep the little ones occupied with colorful toys and activities.

Awesome service

Manchester Honda is always the place to buy your Honda and have it serviced. The service area is always so organized and exceeds my expectations on timerfficiency. Even on a jam- packed day - the garage bays were full from the airbag recall notices (which was my scheduled service) they surprised me by getting the oil change/service check-up done too which had inadvertently not been scheduled. Saved me a return trip.. In the meantime, I shopped the new HRV. compared it to the Fit, with the help of salesman Tim Batson I honed down what level I could get most of my required options. Tim also helped me in the used car category for my daughter and I took a test- drive in a civic. All in all it became a productive day, got home, verified pricing and will work on financing. Thank you to you all

Tire rotation and balancing

Came in to get an oil change and tire rotation, and they told me I didn't need an oil change yet. This impressed me because they could have said nothing and just changed the oil anyway. They were extremely nice and finished quickly. I highly recommend the service department here.
