What a great experience!

My husband and I both needed cars and we had been shopping around for used cars for about a month. We were getting quite discouraged until we came into Manchester Honda and dealt with Dan. We were never so impressed with a car dealership and salesman in our lives. We weren't pressured into anything, Dan was so knowledgeable, and he really worked with us. We were originally going to buy two used cars, and then we decided to go with one used car and lease a new Honda Civic. Dan was so patient with us and really made the experience a great one! I would definitely recommend Manchester Honda and Dan to anyone looking for a car. Dan, we will definitely be back to you! Thanks again for everything!

Awesome People and Service

Just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Honda Pilot and I love it. Jane Smith (our sales rep) was extremely helpful and accomodating throughout the whole purchasing process (including coming in on her day off so that my wife who also purchased a car could pick it up and not have to wait another day). I would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a Honda to ask for Jane. The only issue I had was that right after pulling out of the dealership with my new car I saw a spot on my windshield - at first I thought it was a raindrop because it was raining slightly but as the wipers passed I realized there was a small chip in the windshield I hadn't noticed. I contacted Jane the next day and she helped me get in touch with service and I was able to get the chip fixed at no charge. The repair was 99.99% perfect as I can barely see just a tiny line in the windshield but the chip is filled in and there shouldn't be any spidering. I am happy with the repair and the service dept was excellent and dealt with the problem quickly and professionally. This is our family's 4th car purchased from and serviced with Manchester Honda and I have nothing but a good experience with everyone there. So go see Jane Smith for your next Honda at Manchester Honda.

Fantastic buying experience!

I recently purchased a 2012 CRV. This is the fourth car I have purchased at Manchester Honda and as usual it was a fantastic experience! Jane Smith was wonderful and made the process so smooth and easy. The rest of the staff was very friendly and the facilities are top notch. I wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

Dan "the Man" Yorgensen

I was shopping in the area and my intention was just to look at a Honda to see what type of car I was interested in buying, not that day but later on. Dan "the Man" was the "Man". He did not tell me what was best for me nor did he tell me what I could afford. He simply listened to me and showed me all of my options. He was very, very patient and answered all of my questions. By the time I left the dealer I was ecstatic that by the end of the week, I would be driving a 2015 Honda Civic ex. Thanks Dan - you are the "MAN". I also would like to thank the lady on the day that I picked up my car for explaining all the options. After driving a 2004 SUV, it's a new experience. Thanks again. JulietR.

Excellent service for first time buyer

Last week I went to Manchester Honda hoping to get a great price for a used car. Jane Smith really helped me under everything since I was a first time car buyer. She gave me step by step descriptions and helped me purchase a 2012 Honda civic. Service so fast I drove off with the car by the end of the week. Highly recommended Manchester Honda for all those who wants great service and great cars!

High prices

I went to Manchester Honda to value my trade and look at leasing a new SUV. The value for my car was fair and they proceeded to pull up some PowerPoint saying how they don't make commission on sales and they have the lowest price since they don't negotiate. I left the dealer and researched other dealers in CT getting other prices. Manchester Honda was the highest prices dealer in the state. When I called them back to give them the opportunity to beat the price, they would not even play ball. I think the salesmen at this dealer are very friendly but make sure to compare prices. I saved almost 100 dollars a month by checking the prices at other dealers.

Thanks Dan for superior service!!!!

Dan Yorgensen was the sales person whom assisted us when leasing our brand new CR V. He explained all of our options and was very professional and courteous to us and our children. It was a very smooth and stress free transaction. We met with him on a Thursday evening, and Friday we drove off in our SUV. We would highly recommend Dan to anyone looking to buy a Honda. Also Kim Cummins was very pleasant and thorough when giving us a tutorial of our new CR-V.

Terrible worst of 4 dealers I have visted by far.

I made an appointment to test drive a car. When I got there it was not there one of the salesmen had it out on "snow duty". No apology for driving miles for nothing. All he said is "Um yeah I don't know why that happened." I waited 15 -20 minutes for another to test drive and the car was filthy inside. A second one with water bottles and dog hair. The sales men himself said, "Yeah, that is disgusting". The salesman was not really friendly. While I was waiting a man off the street came in sat down next to me and started to harass me. I kid you not a grown man eating a happy meal from McDonalds No one noticed because they where all in the office behind me talking about 50 shades of grey movie and on Facebook. Dirty cars and poor customer services.

Always Great Customer Service John!

I have leased 6 Honda's from Manchester Honda. From my first time Mr. Barao has always treated me and my wife with respect and honesty and no pressure. This to me is why I keep going back to John and Manchester Honda. This treatment is why Manchester Honda has retain my wife and I as customers.
