I can't praise my experience with Ellen Crawford enough. She was friendly, knowledgeable, straight-ahead - no BS. She didn't try to hype me or pressure me in any way. She was honest and direct in our negotiations and she helped me get the best possible deal. 2 years later she continues to follow-up with me and check-in to make sure all is well with the vehicle. This is the best experience I've ever had with any dealership sales person - hands down. When I bring my car into the dealership for service I always make a point to stop in and say hello to Ellen and she always welcomes me with a big smile and a "hello, Jeff." They listened to what I wanted, gave me a more than fair price without haggling, there was no pressure to "add" things. They were respectful of my time and never kept me waiting. I was pleased that I was not hounded by salesmen. Michael was helpful and informative without being overly aggressive. He asked what I was looking for and listened. Then, he thoroughly explained the benefits of the 2013 Accord. I appreciate that I was not pressured as other dealerships have done. It was refreshing to be quoted a set reasonable price and not have to negotiate. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I have a 2002 Honda Accord that Manchester Honda has serviced. Their service department area is well maintained and efficiently run.
