I went to Manchester Honda because I wanted a local dealer and had heard many good things about them. My sales person was Michael Petrella. I knew what I wanted before I got there and Michael showed me all the reviews and information on the Fit. I was very definite about a color I wanted that they did not have at the dealership. Michael was able to find it and have it ready for me in a couple days! The only reason I rated the customer service at good rather than great is that I don't feel they are great about reading and answering emails. I would definitely suggest phone calls rather than email. I love my new Fit and I'm sure it will be well used for many years!

My wife and I decided it was time get a new car, and we had only heard good things about Manchester Honda, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. Tim Batson was personally recommended to us. From the moment we called to schedule an appointment to the moment we drove away in our new 2012 Civic we received nothing but excellent service, honest advice, patience, and most of all, a great atmosphere! Tim, Kim, and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and just wanted us to be satisfied with our car. We were offered a fair trade-in value for our old car and a good price on the new car. I love the fact that it's no-haggle pricing! I would recommend Manchester Honda to anyone, and I'm looking forward to going back soon.

I have had such a positive with Manchester Honda. I have been to many car dealerships and I was honored to make Manchester Honda the place where I bought my first car! The salesman Paul was very friendly, not pushy and extremely accommodating. This is something you dont find in a car dealership too often. We are a Honda family and truly believe that our experience with our cars are due in large part to both Dave Babella and Kim Cummins. They answer every question and make buying or leasing our cars a very pleasant experience. We have been working with them for many years now and our extended family are now Honda owners! Although we have done business with Manchester honda...
Although we have done business with Manchester honda before, it has been at least 5 years since our last visit whichn was a good experience then. Working Michael Petrella was not only an excellent experince but a fun one. He was atttentive to our needs, paid close attention to our questions, provided detailed responses and worked with us to search for the right car and color. Further to this effort was the receipt of the new car. Kim was fantastic and made the process seem easy and the details around the operation of the new car simple and clear. I also want to include Jean Biel the Business manager who worked with us on the financing end and again, all of our questions were answered in as much detail as we needed. I will continue to recommend Manchester Honda and look forward to working with them in the service area in the future.

I had an issue with a tire I purchased from Manchester Honda. The issue was elevated a few times until it reached Stephen Cohun who exercised the more favorable customer experience compared with the previous service staff who with us on our issue. I'm appreciative what Stephen was able to do for us to iron out our differences.
