Great experience

Everet Dahlquist is the best! Our buying experience was super easy. We wanted to test drive with no pressure to buy and that happened without even asking for it. Then we were quoted such a great price we didn’t have to do any negotiating. They were super up front and transparent about everything!

Good personnel interaction

Terrible phone contact. Tried to call and mailbox was full - 2X. Had to call sales department and get someone to go to service and make appointment. Several new people though and no one assigned to answer the phone.

Amanda was great!

Oil change, tire rotation and wheel bearing... Amanda offered me a loaner after they did the wheel bearing inspection . Saved the day- I was able to do some local errands and not skip a beat. Happy with the service and the new routine at the dealer.

Radio / Navigation System went out.

1. Person that was taking care of it outright lied. 2. Repair Manager John and Amanda stepped in and were very helpful. 3. Over 2 weeks to get me a new (turns out to be used) system but that’s ok. Seemed a little long. 4. Amanda gave me a rental, 1 week later because i was going on a trip, would have been hard with no Navigation or Radio. John and Amanda are the reason i will continue to be a customer. Without them my next car would have been bought elsewhere.

REPART OF LIGHT

IT TOOK LESS TIME THAN WHAT WAS ALLOTTED FOR. AND IT WAS LESS THAN WHAT WAS QUOTED FOR COST. VERY GLAD I WAS ABLE TO HAVE IT DONE BEFORE THE HOLIDAY.

Car purchase made pleasurable and painless

Everet was very friendly and easy to work with. I was able to select the vehicle I wanted, arrive at a purchase price and go over the various details of the vehicle all within an hour. Then I was invited to return several hours later to meet with Angel and complete the deal. Angel was very helpful in explaining the various add ons and fulfilling the detailed paper work. I wrote my check, received all the relevant documention and drove off happily in my new Subaru - all in less than half a day.

18k service

Typical great service at Secor. Free car wash and they vacuumed my car. Service was about 90 minutes but they have a comfortable waiting room with coffee and WIFI.
