Horrendous service. Came in to look at a vehicle with sales rep Rick Dalton during my lunch break. He brought the vehicle to a mechanic for me at 1:00 pm we confirmed I’d be back at 4:30 pm that day, I arrive before 4:30 and was greeted at the door to step outside and wait in my car so he can “talk the new buyer out of it” because someone else is buying the truck as I got here. Unprofessional and unnecessary waste of time.

I recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali from Brustolon. The finance team were not knowledgeable of all GMC incentives so they said it seemed to be. I went back and forth with the price of the vehicle to have them still short me $500 in bonus cash from GMC. I went for a test drive in the new truck, I spoke to the salesmen’s about the $500 and not good experience with the finance team. He told me he would have the truck ceramic coated not to worry about the $1000 fee. Well after having the truck for 8 days I decided to wash it at home. There is no ceramic coating applied to my truck at all. I’ve been washing and waxing vehicles for well over 30 years and when you get water on a vehicle with ceramic coating, there’s no denying it. I reached out to the salesmen and he reads my text messages and does not reply. I made a mistake by leaving him a good review, because he’d no different than any other dirtbag salesman out there. I have been asking for copies of my financial paperwork I signed and I still have had no response or paperwork sent to me. I filed a claim with BBB CT and GMC Corporate. They have multiple negative reviews about the finance team and salesmen. I should have stayed away. I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here

Unfortunately, I drove 6 hours and 400 miles for nothing due to a lack of communication. I live in New Hampshire and inquired with Chris about a vehicle that had just arrived on the lot. I knew the vehicle would sell fast and couldn't get down there the same day, so I asked about putting a deposit down. They don't do deposits - no problem, lots of dealers don't. I said I could come down first thing the following morning and Chris said he would see me then. Throughout the day, my wife and I corresponded back and forth with Chris about the process of buying from out-of-state, and checked that the vehicle was still available. I made the 3-hour drive down to Brustolon the next morning, and was greeted by staff as though they were expecting me. Great! Then Arvy sat me at his desk and told me that the vehicle had already been sold to another customer. Not so great. I asked if they had anything comparable in stock, but nothing on the lot matched what I was looking for. They said they might have something coming in at the end of the week. I left and drove 3 hours back home. I understand that sales are first come, first served, but after all of the correspondence, no one could be bothered to tell me the vehicle was sold? They knew I was coming from New Hampshire, and a simple text or email would have saved me a lot of time and gas. Not impressed.

Thank you for the great service. Everything was perfect. Starbucks coffee in the lounge. Employees all were nice. Price is reasonable, less than most quick lube places.

I would not recommend giving this company your time or money. For over a month, I had been communicating with Chris regarding one of their used vehicles. Today, I finally had a day off and went to the dealership with my daughter to test drive the car. The sales associate, Arvy who found us outside looking at the car, grabbed to keys to open it up and take it for a test ride. Arvy then scanned my driver's license and we got into the vehicle to begin the test drive. However, only a few minutes later, I was told that I was not allowed to test drive the car. Arvy stated that he had just gotten off the phone with the manager, but he refused to provide the manager's name. This experience was both frustrating and concerning. Based on the situation and how it was handled, I feel that I may have been treated this way because of my ethnicity and the way I look.

Do not buy from this dealership! 100% shady! Bought a vehicle from them. Test drove and noticed it needed a alignment. Salesman said he would take care of it. Drive away and they didn’t do it. In the finance office I noticed a upcharge of $1000, they tried to charge me for ceramic coating that I didn’t agree with in talks. I’m sure they add this often and hope they get away with it! They changed the price of the vehicle after I spoke to them the same day 3k more! I get there and they only took off $500. I asked them to take pictures all the way around the vehicle so I can see what dents, scratches because I was 3 hours away. Dent in the bumper, broken lens on mirror. Stay away!

We had an excellent experience with the team at Brustolon. We were buying a truck from out of state and they were highly communicative and timely. They had all the paperwork ready to go so that when we came in to the dealer our purchase transaction was fast and seamless.

Everything about this dealership was terrible from start to finish. Every interaction was over the phone, and they still managed to lie at every turn. They ran my credit, took my deposit, assured me the car was mine… and then sold the car to someone else after I left work and drove 2.5 hours to pick it up. Three different salesmen (Daniel, Chris, and Tino) left voicemails this morning telling me the car was available. Based on that, we moved forward with the credit application and deposit with Tino. Clearly no one communicates, and the leadership is just as unorganized. Who does that? Completely unprofessional, unethical, and disrespectful. They wasted my time, hit my credit for nothing, and acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Zero accountability, zero honesty, and absolutely zero customer service. This dealership is nothing but liars. They do not care about their customers in the slightest. I would never recommend them to anyone. Stay far away — they will run your credit and still sell your car out from under you. Tolby and Tino made this an awful experience. My family has been in the car business for over 37 years, and they would never treat a customer this way. Be careful — they may run your credit and then sell your car.
