    Just had a stunningly disappointing experience with the service department. A week, or so, ago, I phoned and arranged to take my Nissan Rogue in for service,... telling the person arranging the appointment that my car's check engine light was on. We scheduled an appointment and I dropped my car at the appointed hour on the appointed day. 2 days and a little over $1,900 dollars later, I picked up my car. Drove it off the Executive Nissan property, looked at my dash, and the check engine light is still on. I phoned upon returning home, approximately 10 minutes later. The service employee with whom I'd been dealing for 2 days said, "Oh, you need to schedule another appointment for the check engine light issue." Seriously? "Yes." Even though I scheduled this appointment for that very reason? "Yes. We need time to do a diagnosis." So, wait, are you really saying that I need to schedule an appointment by phone for the check engine light issue, bring the car to your property, and then schedule another appointment for the check engine light issue? Yep. Bring your car to Executive Nissan for the purpose of addressing the check engine light issue and Executive will happily charge you nearly $2,000, announce that your car is ready, and deliver you a car with a brightly glowing check engine light. This dealer's service department is quite happy to deliver your car to you with the check engine light on. Apparently, the maintenance reminder features on your car are irrelevant to this dealer's mechanics.

    An Amazing Man...I went to Executive Nissan feeling extreeeeemly ANXIOUS, not knowing who, and what to expect Then, I met John Hosking. His approach was... very sincere, I was able to sense that he was not self seeking, and made this whole experience about me. John was relatable, gentle, and made me very comfortable. I went in there wondering if I would be taking advantage of, and to my suprise, he helped to dispel that notion. I will forever be grateful, and cherish The warm, and professional welcoming experience with John Hoskins at Executive Nissan, North Haven, CT.

    Dan Colmonares and the team at Executive Nissan has change my feeling on cars sales people. They treated me with kindness and respect and never tried to... take advantage of me. I needed a car and had to buy, they new this and still made sure I was happy with my deal and the car. I would highly recommend you go see Dan if you are looking!     I have been leasing Nissan’s my last few vehicles and my current Sentra was coming off of lease. I wanted to get into something with all wheel drive or... 4 wheel drive. Stephanie suggested the Rogue Sport as it has the capabilities I wanted and it’s not overly big. I love my new vehicle and was super happy with the experience executive provided
