The service was good - Kathy was very responsive.

The service was good - Kathy was very responsive. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that she couldn't back and look at historical work I had been on my car. I spent a lot of money replacing all of my brakes at the same, so I was surprised that the back brakes needed replacing. And there was some confusion on what had been historically done on my car. All that information should be on your systems, the work was not done that long ago.

Was very easy, the report was thorough, happy with it.

Was very easy, the report was thorough, happy with it. The only thing I would change are the couches, chairs in the waiting area. They were pretty beat up and even ripped. Prior to this first Nissan of mine, I only had Subaru's, and Premier Subaru has a beautiful waiting area, so I was spoiled by that. But, if you could just get a new couch, chairs in each room, would be a huge improvement!

They were doing a great job, then I got my car back from

They were doing a great job, then I got my car back from recall repairs, the check engine light turned on again, I called to let them know, they said they'd call me back to set up a time to look at it, and didn't. I called back again after a week and begrudgingly got someone who will look at it next week
