I traveled up to the GMC dealership in Wallingford from Trumbull about a week and a half ago searching for a gently used vehicle and left last Friday with a beautifully detailed 2025 GMC Denali Sierra. TJ was a pleasure to deal with….low pressure and a fine gentleman at that! I’d have to say that the experience at Wallingford GMC was a pleasurable one and of recommend them for anyone searching for a new or used vehicle.

Probably the worse buying experience I ever encountered with a new vehicle. They only care about getting your money. They could care less about customer service or customer satisfaction after the sale. The sales manager Tim is completely unresponsive. He doesn't take calls or return calls. xxxx you can't even leave the man a voicemail because his mailbox is full. Their typical response to my concerns were "I'll look into it and call you back". That happened probably 15-18 times. They don't call back, they just hope you'll go away. I'll buy a Ford or Dodge before I ever purchase another vehicle from this outfit.
