So I walked in to A1 Toyota in new haven already had in mind to look for a sales rep named of Amjad since we read many good reviews about his service. He was very professional and patient he found the exact car we were looking which was a highlander , he gave a us a test drive just to make sure we like it and we actually loved it .the whole process was smooth from the mintue we walked in I'm very happy we came here it was the best choice i really recommend Amjad for anyone that's looking to buy or lease his awesome and knows he stuff and let's not forget also a big shout out to Hatem he was the manager very nice and welcoming and helped thru the process ,thank you A1 Toyota for having a great team like this part of ur company !

Our Salesman, Keven Wright was terrific. He asked us exactly what we were looking for and really listened. We went in to browse and bought that same day. Kevin didn't try to sell us something we didn't want, he was knowledgeable and thorough. We were happy with the selection and price. A 1 provides a very professional atmosphere that I really appreciate. This was not our first Toyota but it was our first time at A 1. They will definitely have me as a repeat customer.

I had the pleasure of dealing with an awesome and very professional and thorough sales and lease consultant named AMJAD ALHAJJALI and financial services manager named PAUL WRIGHT. These two made the process of searching for a new vehicle so easy for me. AMJAD was able to answer all my questions and concerns. The way he presented everything from beginning to end with the different options to consider was awesome. The whole atmosphere of the place was great and welcoming. PAUL also explained the process which made it so easy to me. I was excited to walk out as a new owner of a 2018 Rav 4. I am definitely looking forward to being part of the A 1 Toyota family. My wife and I recently purchased a pre-certified toyota highlander at A-1 in Amity CT. We would rate our overall experience as "great". Our sales man's name was John Murphy and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were pleased-we had some things that we wanted corrected before the purchase and he made sure they happened, no matter who he had to get in touch with. Also, there was a gentleman named Mustafa that also followed through on everything in our requests. I returned a few days after the purchase because I had noticed some things that needed to be handled and instead of everyone trying to avoid me, they were as great as before the purchase and helped with clearing everything up to the smallest detail. I will recommend A-1 to anyone who is in the market for a new or used vehicle and it's the people that always make the difference-there is a tremendous team working down there.

I recently took my Toyota Prius to A-1 for body work after an accident. I was noticeably upset. I was completely reassured and put at ease. The body shop manager, Ralph Doyon and the shop coordinator Christina Hendricks treated me with great courtesy and competence. They handled everything promptly and efficiently. My car was restored to showroom new appearance. I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by A-1. I cannot imagine every taking my vehicle anywhere else. I also know, that when I am ready for my next car I will look no further than A-1.
