We had a great experience at this dealership. The sales...

We had a great experience at this dealership. The sales person did not hurry as and was accomodating for our time and questions. Compared to other dealerships the sales person knew a lot more about the vehicle and took his time to explain things. Vehicle was delivered on time and our calls were returned appropriately. The dealership did not push us for the sales.

Adolfo made the car buying experience the best I had so far. He was very knowledgeable about the Civic and helped me get a great price. I like that you get your license plates the same day!! That saved me an extra trip.

Even though the dealership was busy, we were able to get...

Even though the dealership was busy, we were able to get the wonderful assistance of a salesperson named Ziggy. He was very friendly and helpful every step of the way. He carefully explained all the features of the vehicle we were interested in (Civic). We went for a test drive and were quite impressed with the car. That was followed up by a great deal on the vehicle with extremely low financing too. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free purchasing experience. The only minor complaint we had was the pressure to purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle. We did not purchase it and the business manager expressed his displeasure with that decision. However, he was still relatively polite about it and I know from experience that virtually all dealers make an aggressive push to sell extended warranties. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for a Honda to visit the O'Hare location!

I had great car buying experience at O'Hare Honda ..nice , clean , large facility ,free tea,coffee,water,Internet access especially Stan was so helpful ,very efficient,professional yet friendly and with a smile at all times,pleasure to do business with in not always so friendly "car business" ,will not go anywhere else way to go O'Hare Honda

I love this dealership. It is my second experience with...

I love this dealership. It is my second experience with them and it does not disappoint. Mary is delightlful. She is business like, but friendly and able to sit and converse about things as she keeps things moving along. I was very glad to see that there are women salespeople there. And the car that we discussed is everything she said it would be. .in addtion to her instructing me, showing me all its benefits, as well as (due to my time constraints today) being willing to go over things with me again later in the week. In addition, I have also had a very good experience with the service department in the past and kow that it will be the same again. Thanks O'Har Honda! I am in your corner!

Adolfo was an excellent and thorough sales representative. He wasn't aggressive and let us take our time in making our big decision. Not only was he patient but he walked us through the process with great ease and provided us with the best rate for our vehicle choice. He made it feel like a caring environment and was super friendly throughout the entire experience. He made us comfortable and gave us a reason to trust his services and in him. Above all, he met our needs and provided stellar customer service which was just as important as buying a vehicle. We recommend him to anyone making a big purchase and we will be purchasing from him again soon.

I strongly recommend Mary Rycerz as the person to see for a new or used Honda. I was warmly greeted by Mary and given a few options to test drive. When I left after my first visit, I left with information and other car comparisons to help to decide which car to buy. This was great! No pressure to buy that night. The next day, Mary called to thank me and when I chose a Civic she made the process move quickly. While waiting for the Finance Dept. she demonstrated my car and went home very happy. The next day, Mary called to thank me and was able to answer questions about the GPS. Yesterday, I got a birthday email from Mary. She takes care of her customers and does not forget them after the sale is completed. Ask for Mary Rycerz when looking for a car. JC
