I was very pleased with the service I received from Shabbez & John. Shabbez efforts in explaining the specifications of the 2011 Pilot were excellent as he provided a thorough overview of the feautres on the particular model I purchased. The sales approach by both gentlemen was one of providing answers in a direct and straight forward manner, which I truly appreciated. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would strongly recommend you visit Ohare Honda and work with these two individuals.

My wife and I were looking for a CRV and we were referred to O'hare Honda from a friend of mine who operates a Cadiallac dealership. Steve and Mark treated my wife and I with great respect and we received a great price. The price and financing were clear and upfront. I would highly recommend this dealership to any friends and family.

I have wanted to buy a Honda for the last couple of years and went to Adolfo where it didn't work out with trade in or price. I was at the point where I could take advantage of the lease clearance special and after lots of research and test drives with competitors, decided on the 2010 Crosstour. Anthony in internet sales was responsive and professional. When I told him I wanted to be sure Adolfo got the sale, Adolfo hugged me when I saw him and gave me options without the "salesman" pitch or discomfort. I ended up driving away with my new Crosstour and I love it! Adolfo is fantastic and I would recommend him and the dealership to anyone. Thank you!

Ohare Honda staff was very helpful and accomidating. They did not push to get the deal done and listen to my concerns. The vehicle purschased was at a fair price and the dollars offered for my trade in was fair. Shahbaz provided all the necessary infromation in order for me to make my final dession.

Although salesman was nice, he didn't know what he was ever talking about. Always had to run to someone to get the answers to our ?'s. Andrew in finance was very rude. He had no intention helping a customer if they didn't have a credit score of 700 or higher and he straight out said so. He had no interest in the fact that we had a trade in as well as a $10,000.00 down payment. All he did was type our socials in his system and then in so many few words told the salesman to tell us to leave because he was too busy deal with clients of our nature. It's a shame, we were trying to buy a vehicle at his dealership and he could care less about making a sale. If for whatever reason we would've needed a co-signer, we had that available as an option. She just didn't want to help anyone that wasn't an easy finance and the salesman agreed!

Still stuck in the car-selling past. I was given a very attractive internet quote, but when I went in to drive the car I was given no pricing information at all -- I had to drag all the fees and add-ons out of Adolfo. A few days later I had to complain to a sales manager to get an out-the-door quote -- which was mysteriously $1,400 higher than I had calculated based on that very attractive original price. So the bottom line is: If you enjoy old-fashioned car-buying, and the marathon sessions where you sit and wait while someone "checks with the manager" that lasts until you agree to anything out of sheer exhaustion, this is the place for you. If you are a woman and would like to revisit the not-so-distant past and be treated like a dim-wit, again, this is the place. On the other hand, if you want to buy a car and don't have time to play games, go elsewhere.

Honnest answers inspired mutual trust right away. After 5 minutes, Gary offered the Honda CrossTour for me to take home overnight for testing. Later, because of the white color which we wanted, Andrew the sales manager had to let go of his CrossTour demo. Gary offered a break for the 1300 miles on the car, without our asking. Trade-in was maybe on the low side but hard to tell when the vehicle is 11 years old. Finance manager we dealt with was most informed: my wife and I are both in the world of Finance and we were impressed by his knowledge, and his sense of humor. This is the second Honda I buy from O'Hare Honda and I will likely buy my third one there too.

The salesman, Ziggy, at first seemed a little disorganized. We were not sure if he was new or stringing out our visit. Once the manager got involved, it went smoother and we got answers. But, that was only after they realized we were seriously walking out. When asked, Ziggy complied with our request to stop pressuring us for added on extras. I appreciated that, I know that is how sales staff makes their money. But, we have been through this before and it drives us nuts when the price of a protection plan suddenly drops 50% within 5 minutes of saying no to the first offer. Shows how customers can be ripped off, bad policy at ALL dealerships. It was a long process so, we used the time to research the deal they were offering us on their wifi. They had no problem with that since they knew they were offering us a good deal on a great product. Later, we were apprehensive about meeting the finance office. Having had prior bad experiences, we were on the defensive but, Sam was amazingly friendly, upfront and knowledgeable. All in all, very nice staff, hope the service department is as friendly and competent. Happy & satisfied owners of a 2011 Honda Pilot

Bought a new 2009 accord coupe, completely satisfied due to friendly service and staff. The only problem is the haggling process; we were there for nearly 4 hours! In the end, it was worth the wait. If you're not completely satisfied, Mary will do all she can to find that.
