Terry was great to work with. I was driving from 3.5 hrs away so he made sure everything was ready and took care of few details about the car. The purchase went smoothly!

Such a great experience! John was fantastic to work with, knew everything about the vehicle. All of the vehicles here are so clean and well taken care of. They offer the best of the best. Each vehicle is detailed and cleaned ready to view. Staff is very polite. The process was very smooth. Highly recommend!

Overpriced. For some reason they have alot of Manual trans car. I am shopping for one. But i am not interested in paying 5k over what the market price for the car is. You re better off looking or waiting no rush. the way they price used cars your better off buying new than used at new car prices.

why is everything they sell marked up 4-6k. I would love to make a purchase but their prices are much higher than other dealerships. sad

I tried to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. The sticker price was $3,000 over blue book value, so I expected to be able to negotiate the price down to a reasonable level. The management was unwilling to budge. I wasted multiple hours driving to the dealership, test driving the car and driving home. I ended up finding a similar car for $4,000 less at another dealership.

Purchased a CPO vehicle from Jeff Ward and Damien Fournier at Mike Valenti Volkswagen in Watertown, CT. The vehicle leaked water into the dash from a bad windshield seal but Jeff, Damien, and Mike refuse to honor the warranty stating that the windshield is aftermarket and not covered in the warranty. The warranty clearly states that the warranty covers the glue and or anything that holds the windshield in place. Valenti still refuses to honor the warranty. I have contacted VW Customer Care but, the dealership "VALENTI MOTORS" does not return calls. Jeff Ward, Damien Fournier, and Mike Valenti are a bunch of crooks!

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism following my inquiry on a listed car. Though ultimately, it didn't match my needs, they worked with me in my search and were very responsive to additional questions/requests.
