Their on line service appointment feature allows one to schedule a service appointment on a day and time when there are virtually no technicians on duty, or available. My car sat there for two days without ever making it into the service bays. I Was told that when techs work a Saturday, they are off on Monday, plus they were still trying to catch up from the previous week. I told him, the service writer, that was completely unacceptable and I was coming for my car. Having been in the service industry as a telephone tech, all my life, I asked if he tried to escalate my situation to a supervisor, he stated that is not his problem, and I would have to try and find the service manager and do that myself . Again, completely unacceptable, so I just left. And yes, I did buy the car at Brogan ,brand new ,but rest assured, NEVER again!

samimerhi I am disappointed by the manner of Victor Santanas manner and the way I was dealet with, also was overcharged for an oil change since I did not have my discount coupon at hand, next time, I will not use your dealership.
