Wasting time and money.

Wasting time and money. I went there because my car has a problem with the break. My car was there for 4 days and they did not fix anything. They changed a tire air sensor and charged me $540.00 dollars plus oil change and the diagnostic. I recommend do not go there. If you call them or send an email they never answer.

Brogan Cadillac best dealership in town of Totowa

This was the easiest dealership I have worked with I was in and out in 2 hours. Joseph Guerra he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Great service and they know they're stuff. I recommend anyone to go see Joseph Guerra.

General manager was rude when I called regarding an

General manager was rude when I called regarding an issue. She did not address my issue, keep making excuses for completely irrelevant problems, and called me a liar. They in fact lied to me about doing a service on one day that actually was not completed until the next day. Will never use or recommend this Cadillac. They should be disappointed with their customer service because I felt truly attacked when I was just trying to give them a heads up on how to improve their service. Zero sympathy for issues they created and very poor communication.

Car purchase: Dealership is fine - good people all around. Stay away from Joe Guerra - before the ink is dry on a contract, he becomes rude and a bully. Really bad experience - shameful.
