I visited DCH Millburn Audi a year and a half ago had a HORRIBLE sales experience! I was extremely hesitant to go there for servicing but was pleasantly surprised with the outstanding service I was given for an oil change and a recall fix. Orlando was kind and courteous. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and cordial. The wait time was not long at all - in and out in 60 minutes with a car wash! I will definitely be going back for service in the future.

Good services
Best dealer in NJ. I found a use car from cars.Com, and went there, the price is same on the cars.Com, some other put a less price on internet. Mr.Kagan Senol is a very good person, he took me for test drive, and only 30mins I buy the car. Also, no hidding fee. They show me all the fee which we must pay(such as MVC fee, tax, and document fee.), And only 1 week after, i got my plate. If you want to buy a car, try DCH AUDI.

I had a blowout on the turnpike and had to get back on the road fast. Your service advisor, Vanessa, was great at getting me in as quickly as possible and back on my journey. The dealership was clean and comfortable while I waited.

Vanessa is outstanding
Customer service representative Vanessa was exceptional ! She was extremely pleasant to deal with very thorough and kind. She made sure that the tire I need was in stock before she kept me waiting in the lounge which I thought was very organized. I normally get decent service at the Audi dealership but Vanessa performed above and beyond and made me feel comfortable about the whole Experience. She is a huge asset to Millburn Audi
