Just as car buying should be
I didn't want to drive from NYC to NJ unless I knew that I would be able to get the Acura MDX I wanted at the "right price". I was able to get a price on the phone and, although the dealer did not have the color I wanted, they called me back about an hour later and told me they found exactly the car I wanted and I could pick it up the next day. The paperwork was completed at the dealership very quickly and there were no last minute surprises. The sales team, especially Harry Jones, made the process quick and painless. And the money I saved made the trip to NJ worth the time, gas and tolls.

DCH Montclair Acura and Barry Katz ... The Absolute Best!!
Several weeks ago, I walked into DCH Montclair Acura as a first time car buyer. I was immediately introduced to Barry Katz as my consultant, and he was stellar!!! We sat and talked about what I wanted, my budget and what was available. His approach was so reassuring and professional. Great Experience!
My car buying experience was better than expected! Paul Wong was extremely professional, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. I highly recommend him. I felt very welcomed at this dealership and it would definitely be my first choice for any future car purchases I consider. The new car sales manager, Robert Westervelt, was a pleasure to deal with and he got me a great deal on my new TLX, beating two offers from another dealership.

Many of us probably had a bad experience with car dealers before, but after my experience from buying a car at DCH Montclair Acura. I am able to say I trust dealers again. I am confident the only person who made all the difference was Tony Drewery. He was never motivated on closing the sale,instead he was making sure he earns my trust and provided all the answers to my questions. Tony is one of a kind person; his attentions to my needs and concerns were met & exceeded. He will make you feel comfortable making it the best part of my buying experience. Even though contact was made with the dealership late at night, I was never rushed. Everything I asked was explained in great detail. This wasn’t the same when it came to other dealers that I visited whether it was BMW, Audi and Mercedes Benz. None of which made me feel the way Tony did by taking his time with me and making me feel like I wasn’t just another sale. I wasn’t sure whether to lease or finance my Acura. You hear so many stories regarding this and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. I came in very defensive expecting the worse but that wasn’t the case when I got there. Everything we spoke about over the phone remained the same, no surprises, no phantom fees, and no gimmicks. Everything was just completely transparent. This is why I would absolutely recommend not only the dealership but Tony to all my friends and relatives. If you want a great price on a car and great customer service this is where I would go hands down. Thank you very much for all your time and help Tony. I will definitely be back in the future.

Always a great experience with Dch Acura in Verona

These guys are always on their best !
This is the 2nd vehicle we purchase from these group of gentlemen and scholars are the best, Ruben is fair, Kevin is extremely patient, Walter very pleasant and Jaime is a saint. My wife love the Mdx and kids have more that enough room.

Top Notch!!!!
In a day and age when personal service is all but forgotten, the DCH Montclair Acura team actually bumps it up a notch. Every person I encountered was courteous and appeared actually "happy". Walter Goldman was especially patient and helpful. I guess if you treat your customers right it makes for a good all around vibe. On top of that the price was right. I might just go back there to hang out.
