STAY AWAY

Possibly one of the worst dealership experiences of my life. I have never dealt with someone so rude and unprofessional in my life before. And there is only one person to blame, David. A sales manager there at Springfield Acura. I called in early in the day requesting some info on an RDX. I spoke with someone named Carl and after discussing some payment details, he pushed me forward to his manager, David. I told him what I expected to pay and what another Acura dealer had offered. David, a manager and a LEADER at Springfield Acura guaranteed me he won’t only meet me at that competitors price- but will beat it. When I arrived at the dealership I was met with Patrick who told me David is busy and that he would be the assigned sales rep anyway so that he can push the paperwork through. After speaking to Patrick I was at complete distress realizing that David has been misleading me this entire time and is a LIAR and purposed deceived me asking me to come in to force me into making a deal. I was transparent and clear with him from the start. I specifically requested he too be transparent with me and that I had a specific budget. This was my SECOND Acura in 2 months and I did not want to BS. He wasted my entire evening at the dealership to not just push me away, but not even have the common decency to come out and meet me. Are you serious? I drove almost 1 hour away and you can’t come out and apologize for wasting my time because you deliberately lied to me and mislead me? This level of professional is unprecedented, even for a xxxx dealer. He was shady, rude and dishonest the entire time I was there. Oh and not to mention- Patrick had 0 idea what was going on and what we had already discussed. Resulting in an extended waiting period and an ever longer waste of time. I don’t understand what would have been the big deal had he just told me; “sorry I can’t make that deal as we’d be discounting too much”. Like really? You made me drive all the way there and waste my entire evening to tell me you “tried”? After I so xxxx clear and transparent with you?! Never again will I visit this dealership and I strictly advise those who were planning on it, to reconsider. What a disgrace.

I have been dealing with Carlos Lasso for 3 years. He makes the car buying process so easy. He is courteous and explained all the features on my TLX to me. I would highly recommend buying your next car from him at Springfield Acura

Worst dealership experience! Cynthia was rude!!!

When they advertised precision certified on their website, it's BS. When you go in, they will charge you the certification or they won't certify your car. I was in contact with another acura dealer during my shopping process, that dealer disclosed upfront that their car is already certified and no charge for it. Ok...back to Springfield during my buying process, they started with the price with an extended warranty added like i was required to buy it. I told them i don't need it and that i would go to the other acura dealer. Then they took off the extended warranty. After that... we agreed on a price, and they made me wait 3 hours then the the finance person came get me, I think her name is Cynthia based on my paperwork . This is where the worst part of this process comes in. She was rude, unprofessional, and nasty. She kept forcing the extended warranty on me and made me feel wrong not getting it. As i take my time to read my documents before signing, she would blurb out " that's why you need that warranty". I was taking my time to read through all the documents because at that point, I felt this dealership was very dishonest and lack integrity. I was so uncomfortable in her office signing my paperwork because of her attitude. And it's during covid, her mask only covers her chin with her nose and mouth exposed. I have been to many other dealerships and have never experienced anything close to this. And it was so petty that they only gave me half tank of gas because i didn't pay to certify my car. My sale person was fine and his manager wasn't that pleasant either.

I reached out. To the dealership and spoke with internet department. Had very specific information as to amount of money out of pocket Kenneth Charles gave me a great price. I emailed him before heading to dealership to make sure model,miles and money were all a correct then he pulled the “that doesn’t include taxes and fees” bs. I will never use their dealership and will make sure all friends and coworkers know what kind of shady practices that they use

Acura RDX

I purchase car her in the month of February and I was promised few things to my car , since then I was trying to reach Springfield Acura team and neither they are considering my requesting nor responding to me properly. Manny was the sales person and also i spoke with manager. He said order will be placed and I will be given a call but no response from 2 weeks again. Same thing. PLease communicate things to customers properly and provide them services or show same level of response even after purchasing the car or once the car is delivered.

The worst !!

If it would let me I would give them 0 stars. the absolute worst. Dishonesty and lack of transparency in Sales and service later on with hidden fees everywhere. Avoid them at all costs.

One of the worst sales service I have ever...

One of the worst sales service I have ever experienced...We scheduled a test drive with one of the sales rep over phone for Saturday afternoon at 1pm at my home. The sales rep confirmed the address , time and place multiple times. However no-one showed up at the designated time. No communication and no messages from him. what a unprofessional bunch of people.. Remember I am the customer and its the dealership’s Job to contact me if there is a delay or they need to reschedule.. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone. Waste of my tim..
