Huge shoutout to Jesse at Metro Honda! He did an amazing job getting not only me into a new car, but my boyfriend as well. From start to finish, the entire car-buying process was seamless, stress-free, and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve had. Jesse was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back to work with him in the future.

My worse experience ever. Overcharged for a used car and put hidden fees without me knowing .they tell me one price and when after I sign a few days later I asked for the copy of my contract because they never send or gave me the contract on the day I sign Now I’m stuck paying a used car as if was new. They practically scammed me.

Well in my case was like it was a scam because they should be more specific when they say the car is certified and it is not included with the price of the car . Plus I received a copy of the inspection and they put my name and I don’t know who signed because that is not my sign and they have a different date on it. This it not right.

Genaro was really good. Great guy. He made me feel comfortable with the car buying process. I thought I would only be able to afford a civic but for only a few bucks more Genaro was able to get me a really nice Dark Blue Accord. I will def be going back to Genaro once I am ready to get my daughter her car next year. Seriously, if you want a car, ask for Genaro, I couldn’t recommend him enough!!
