Fraud Alert!

Fraud Alert! They act helpful and friendly until the moment the car is sold. After that, the service quality drops to negative. I was basically pushed into buying an extended warranty on a used car, with the classic line: “You can always cancel it later if you want.” That turned out to be complete xx. I bought the car in April 2025. In May 2025, I physically went to their office and filled out the cancellation form. It’s now March 2026, and the cancellation still hasn’t been processed. No refund. Nothing. Try calling Delio Coutinho, their Director of Finance (or rather the Director of Scam). Always “in meetings,” never actually gets anything done. Then there’s Shawn Bertrand, who claimed the cancellation should have gone through for months. It didn’t. At all. The rest of the employees are shady too, but at least they don’t seem to be outright lying, more like covering for their greedy lazy managers. At this point, it just feels intentional. Months of delays, zero accountability, and constant runarounds. If this isn’t deliberate stalling, it’s incompetence at a level that shouldn’t exist in a dealership. Fun Fact: Most positive reviews are fake. They bought the 5-star ratings.

I had a great experience purchasing my new car at Metro Honda. Genaro was extremely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He made the test drive and vehicle selection smooth and pressure-free, and answered all my questions clearly. Meena in finance was also fantastic to work with. She explained every step of the paperwork and financing in detail, made the process transparent, and helped everything move efficiently. I really appreciated how straightforward and respectful she was. Overall, the team made the buying experience easy and positive. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend working with Genaro and Meena if you’re buying a car here.
