Waste my whole day and didn’t receive any service worse dealership in the tristate. After 6 hours of waiting they didn’t have parts and told me to make a appointment for another day

As soon as I get there, staff at the maintenance department assist me right away,asked me what service do I need for my cr-v, attending maintenance specialist explained what needs to be done base on the last service of the car and I agree of what the lady attendant explained and that’s it, satisfied with the service and i can recommend it.

There is the worst service I ever had. The working team don't try to make things better during the visit. They also are unfriendly and rude. I call in advance to get the service and ask if they have a loaner car or at least to have service to drop me off where I need, which they offered to me though phone call. However, when I got there they didn't have neither one, so I was suppose to use it out my pocket. During my service they found the problem in my car and they have to order the part, now it's been two weeks and they didn't give me a call back about my part. I don't think I'll ever go back there for service or for my next car
