Terrible. Had an issue - never responded. And that is for both sales and service. Called multiple times asking for a manager/supervisor to reach out to me - and ZERO response. Even called ownership - again Cricketts. Would NEVER do business with them again. If they don't care - they won't get my business and don't deserve yours either

I had left multiple messages for multiple people in 3 different departments for someone to respond and nobody ever did - so I sincerely doubt you actually will be looking into “the events” I detailed

This dealership was great without being overpowering. Unfortunately , the manufacturer doesn't make exactly what I want. But the dealership did work hard at trying to get satisfy my wish list.

Im writing to follow up regarding the ongoing issues with my 2015 Chevy Trax, which was serviced at your Clifton location. Despite multiple visits and part replacements—including the catalytic converter—the check engine light continues to come on shortly after each repair attempt. As of now, the vehicle has not been fully repaired, and the problem persists. I have returned the car several times, and while I appreciate the efforts made so far and the honesty shown regarding the previous service error, I am growing increasingly concerned that the root cause of the issue has still not thorough diagnosis and a long-term resolution, as the repeated trips and temporary fixes have caused a significant inconvenience. I have emailed the service manager twice and have not received a response

Awful Bought one car from them but will not ever go back If you have any sort of issue - good luck trying to get a manager or someone from ownership to contact you back They just don’t care and it shows Service is an absolute train wreck Have dealt with both Little Falls and Denville locations are both are atrocious Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague

Excellent experience from start to finish. Open, Honest, clear conversations. Leo Hernandez, my sales person, was Awesome to deal with. The Manager, and everyone else was Great! I would buy another vehicle from Schumacher Chevrolet with no reservations at all.

I had a great experience from start to finish. TJ found the car I wanted. They gave me a great trade-in value on my vehicle. They were respectful of my time in the process TJ is a true professional best in the business for sure. He has even been available for me after the sale as I try to remember and figure out the bells and whistles in this beautiful vehicle. Never going anywhere else thank you again.
