Im writing to follow up regarding the ongoing issues with my 2015 Chevy Trax, which was serviced at your Clifton location. Despite multiple visits and part replacements—including the catalytic converter—the check engine light continues to come on shortly after each repair attempt. As of now, the vehicle has not been fully repaired, and the problem persists. I have returned the car several times, and while I appreciate the efforts made so far and the honesty shown regarding the previous service error, I am growing increasingly concerned that the root cause of the issue has still not thorough diagnosis and a long-term resolution, as the repeated trips and temporary fixes have caused a significant inconvenience. I have emailed the service manager twice and have not received a response

Excellent experience from start to finish. Open, Honest, clear conversations. Leo Hernandez, my sales person, was Awesome to deal with. The Manager, and everyone else was Great! I would buy another vehicle from Schumacher Chevrolet with no reservations at all.

Awful Bought one car from them but will not ever go back If you have any sort of issue - good luck trying to get a manager or someone from ownership to contact you back They just don’t care and it shows Service is an absolute train wreck Have dealt with both Little Falls and Denville locations are both are atrocious Do yourself a favor and avoid like the plague

I had a great experience from start to finish. TJ found the car I wanted. They gave me a great trade-in value on my vehicle. They were respectful of my time in the process TJ is a true professional best in the business for sure. He has even been available for me after the sale as I try to remember and figure out the bells and whistles in this beautiful vehicle. Never going anywhere else thank you again.

2nd experience with Schumacher and they were great as always. I appreciate TJ making the process easy by answering all my questions, following up, and allowing me the time to me a thought out informed purchase.

Horrible experience! After putting a deposit of $1000 for the new corvette zR1 in 2021, he informed me that despite being the first order in the file with a signed sales order stating MSRP. I would not be getting the car at MSRP? He went on to say that I would be STEALING the car at MSRP! I showed him the dealer signed yellow tear sales order form and he said they should never have signed that? GM has been forceful with dealers about selling above MSRP, but clearly this dealer is ignoring that guidance given the above. This is now the ethics of this dealership and having bought 6 vehicles over 25 years , 2 Corvettes did not matter. So much for being a loyal customer to them. Needless to say, I will be buying my Corvettes going forward from Ciocca where MSRP is always in force.

I bought a certified preowned 2022 Chevy Equinox Premier from salesman Bill Mann at Schumacher Chevrolet and couldn't be happier. Bill did not pressure me, and he spent a long time with me searching the inventory for the right car. I ended up looking at numerous other cars at competing dealerships and ended up going back to Schumacher and Bill Mann after all was said and done to buy the vehicle I originally looked at there. Bill Mann was recommended to me by a family friend, and he more than lived up to the recommendation. I would highly recommend Bill Mann and Schumacher Chevrolet to anyone looking for a car. I am greatly enjoying my Equinox Premier!

Went in for hard vibration over 55 mph. Ball joints repair. Almost $2000. [88000+ miles]. Only people who ever touched my car. Like the human body...normal old age complications. Customer service explains in details BEFORE starting. I'm satisfied.

Not a fan of this dealership. Nothing but headaches with service department. Do not purchased there so called extended warranty. The sales people do not mention that it is not honored by every Chevy dealer so you basically do not have an option but to go to them. Waited a week to get on their schedule only to get a text not even call and tell us they did not get to your vehicles today!! Seems like if your under warranty you take back seat ! Never will I purchase a vehicles from them again after many purchases .
