****WILL NEVER RETURN **** TOOK MY NEW 2022 SILVERADO

****WILL NEVER RETURN **** TOOK MY NEW 2022 SILVERADO TRUCK IN FOR A RECALL AND SCHEDULED MY SERVICE 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE AND WHEN I ARRIVED THEY NEVER ORDERED THE PARTS, I WAS SO MAD, THE UNDERWITER AND SERVICE MANAGER HAD NO EXPLANATION AND SAD IT WAS GM'S FAULT. I HAVE A LETTER FROM GM STATING THAT THE DEALER MUST ORDER THE CORRECT PASTS PRIOR TO SCHEDULING MY SERVICE APPOITMENT. I'M SELF EMPLOYED AND LOST A DAYS PAY BECAUSE I HAD TO CANCE MY WORK TO TAKE THE DAY OFF. I MADE A COPLAINT TO GM AND ASKED THAT THE DEALER CONTAC ME WITH AND EXPLANATION AND NEVER HAD A CALL FROM THEM, BESIDED THAT I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE WRITER NEVER TO RETURN TO THE DEALERSHIP. ANYONE LOOKING FOR GM SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM SCHUMACHER CHEVY ( LITTLE FALLS NJ).

If you like to get cheated, please see Mr. Gene Christiano, Service Advisor at Schumacher Chevrolet. I dropped off my car to replace a catalytic converter, which is under warranty, and he tried to sell me another service that was not under the warranty for $800. When I told him that I will repair my car elsewhere, he told me I still had to pay a $165 diagnostic fee. I asked for the invoice to note the part is “flex part” but he refused to give me an invoice and instead offered to drop the diagnostic fee. I will also send this review to Chevy headquarters.

Not worth the time

Went to this dealership today to possibly buy a new Traverse. Had my own financing and knew exactly what I wanted. Was a little little because if traffic. Got in was given a salesman. I cant remember his name. Once I made the decision on the car he went to get information on my trade in. I use GMFinancial so it shouldn't be hard to find me. Came and said he couldn't find so I pulled up my account on my phone. Had payoff account number and everything. I did his job for him. Then came back said that he couldn't find me. The started to ask if I had bankruptcies or anything that like. At this point it felt like they didnt want to help me at all. Financr mananger came and told me how.much I.would get for my trade in. At that point I wasn't buying from that place. I've never quite had a experience like that at a dealership. I woulnt go back to buy or service my car. Probably not any of the other Schumacher sites from the reviews I have see

The buying experience was fine but the service department

The buying experience was fine but the service department is disorganized and they have no idea how to do customer service. After being on their wait list for 3 months for a recall I received an email and scheduled an appointment. They sent me several reminders and they had 6 days to review the appointment. Only when I arrived did they bother to tell me they didn't have the part and that it would be another 3 months to get it. The service advisor told me they would get my car back to me immediately. I asked her when they discovered this and she said 30 minutes ago. I asked if they had tried to contact me to save me the trip and she said no and seemed surprised that I would expect them to do that. I went outside and after 5 minutes I noticed a service tech get into my car and drive it away. After another 5 minutes he returned and when I asked him where my car was he said with the mechanic. No one bothered to tell him to return the car to me. If you ever expect to need service I would suggest going to a different dealership.

Just leased a 2022 equinox.

Just leased a 2022 equinox. My salesman Paul Wurst was excellent. Very personable and accommodating. The sales manager Joe Pugo was also accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend.

BAD SERVICES

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE REALLY DISAPPINTING WITH SERVICES DEPARTMENT I WAS TRY TO MAKE ON APPT TO GET MY CAR FIX CUZ WAS EXHAUST MANIFOLD CRAKED WAS ODOR IN MY VEHICLE SO BAD SERVICES I SPOKE WITH CARLOS HE DID A BIG MISTAKE TO AND THE MANAGER FRON SERVICES HE REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I TALK TO HIM REGARDING THE PROBLEM I HAD AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK AND HE NEVER DID. HE SHOULDN'T BE THERE LITTLE FALLS DEALER NEED TO IMPROVE SERV AND CHANGE ALL DOES PEOPLE HAVE THERE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES ARE REALLY SUCKS THERE I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM HERE
