Shawn was excellent but…..
Shawn was amazing! Super helpful And competent. However , this was the second time I had to drive 45 minutes (one way) and everything on the recall wasn’t completed. I paid for the first oil change, that was a first, and no one filled the windshield washer fluid.

The Service Dept. is great they always take care of their customers right away. I usually deal with Evert who is always polite and listens to any concerns I may have. I wouldn’t take my car for repairs anywhere else but Ramsey Nissan.

They sold me the car without a title!
They sold me the car without a title! I waited my title more then 5 month! I cant use the car because they gave me fake temporary license plate. Stay away from this dealer!
