I have been a loyal customer of Ramsey Nissan for over 20 years, purchasing 6 vehicles. My most recent purchase was a Rouge SV. My salesman Brian Murph Mutchler is the best, a true professional. He listens to his customer and provides options that would fit their lifestyle. He is always right on target making the purchase process easy from start to finish. I always recommend Ramsey Nissan, especially Murph, to my friends and family.

Customer representative in Express Service on 8/20/21 was very helpful as he always has been in the past. He always gives a reasonable wait time for my service which is usually an oil change and a tire rotation. Very helpful in pointing out any other services my car may need and is always polite and friendly as I have seen him with other customers.

I had an Express oil change done on August 16. Greeted promptly and courteously. Job was completed in less than the time estimated. Checkout smooth. Waiting area clean and comfortable. In and out in Uber an hour.

After buying two cars from this dealership in ten months I can personally say I believe this dealership SUCKS. Both times they have sold or given away both my phone number and email information. After leaving off my email on all the application forms the salesman Greg asked me for it so he could get paid. I specifically said your money is not worth my privacy. He said it wouldn’t be used so I wrote it down on a piece of scrap paper. I am now getting almost daily emails or texts from companies the salesman or dealership released it to. Think twice and learn from my mistakes before buying your car from ramsey nissan.
