Carolina is a great customer service employees when I called her I was really upset since I had been ripped of by interstate Toyota on Rt 59. She took her time listening to the the same issues I had paid to have repaired on my 2024 Tundra Hybrid with under 10,000 miles. I felt she was paying attention and wanted to help. In Fact she got the work started. Thank You for doing your job so well. Vasyl thank you for taking over the account when I had to go back with the similar issues and handling it in a professional manner. Truck is running fine since then.
