Not having purchased a vehicle in my local area for over 20 years, I decided to try my luck at Prestige of Ramsey. I was fortunate to get assistance from Chris D'onofrio, he provided a relaxed environment and conveyed a pleasant friendly disposition. In fact, he was so accommodating, he assisted in dropping off my Ford at a dealer 15 miles away! Chris did not take me through the "back & forth sales routine" we all despise, he did his job and did it well. The overall experience was very accommodating and friendly, so much so that when I left, I felt like I made a NEW friend with Chris! I highly recommend, if you plan to buy a Toyota, give Chris the opportunity to work for YOU! You will not regret it. The Finance manager who assisted was also fantastic, I believe his name is Govio?

The service department is always excellent. Even though I did not purchase my new vehicle at this location in 2022 (not by choice, but because inventory of new vehicles of my preferred model was very scarce at the time) they still offer all the benefits of the warranty and extended service plans I signed up for during my purchase elsewhere - making for great Toyota brand loyalty. I work closer to this dealership than the one I purchased from, so it was a pleasant surprise to enjoy working with this dealership right from my first visit. I especially appreciate the shuttle service they offer to take me home and back when there is going to be a long service procedure. Also, I have a choice to schedule online or by phone, and I like having both options. Finally, the explanatory videos taken by the technicians when they have finished the job are great to have both at the time, and later at home when I want to review and fully understand what they said once more.
