this dealership negotiated a deal on a vehicle, took a

this dealership negotiated a deal on a vehicle, took a deposit and sold the car out from under me 2 hours later. I negotiated a deal, and was told they would send me a link to pay the deposit, 15 minutes later I hadn't received a link, they call and then tell me that would need to be to the dealer within two hours to buy the car or they were going to sell it to someone else. I told them I couldn't be there within 2 hours, the saleperson spoke to the manager and then told me the deal was still on, they then sent the deposit link (which I paid immediately) along with the purchase and sale agreement and copy of the title. I then proceeded to finalize my own financing, and add the vehicle to my insurance as the dealer said they couldn't let me leave the lot without proof of insurance. I then received a voicemail that the vehicle was sold to someone else. upon attempting to call the salesperson and then the dealership my call was ignored or I was hung up on several times. upon finally reaching a sales manager they fed me lies. Clearly they wanted me on the hook in case the other buyer didn't show, he also slipped and told me the other person was in financing, so they could have also sold out from under me as they were making more money off their in house financing. regardless I had left a deposit and had a purchase and sale agreement and the fact they sold it 2 hours later is ridiculous and shady to say the least. I then got to waist more time cancelling out the financing, returning checks, and reversing the insurance. Neither my insurance agent or bank rep had ever seen this happen before. I sent an email to the dealerships General Manager to let him know of my experience there and never even received a response. stay away from these people

I had the pleasure of renewing my lease with Rosse Diaz-Portes. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and took my needs into consideration as well. A++ experience. Worked with Chris Donofrio on the purchase of a 4runner sight unseen for shipment out of state. Chris is fantastic, incredibly helpful and just a cool guy over all. Highly recommend the dealership and Chris.
