Praise God for Natalia!!! I loved Natalie's greeting when I called to ask questions, "It's a beautiful day at Phillips Chevrolet." That made me happy😇 Natalia answered our questions and we set up an appointment for 30mn. We told her our situation and Natalie's compassion, knowledge expertise and professionalism helped us drive off with my answered prayer💜 My vehicle engine transmission blew out. My husband's vehicle's broke down both yesterday. Mike Herris Sales Manager is the best!!! His approval helped me to drive off with my new vehicle🤗 Joe was so pleasant to sign paperwork with!!! My Husband said Natalia is the best go to her!!! She heard us and was flexible and made the buying experience peaceful. No pressure no forcing she understood us and met each detailed need with truth and the joy I heard on the phone before we met her in person 🥰 I observed Phillips Chevrolet and all Employees treating all people with great respect and the customers happy complementing their Chevrolet Representative!!!! We are truly satisfied and recommend go let Natalia take the stress out of car buying!!! We love yous!!! God Bless Phillips Chevrolet in Jesus name❣️
