It started rough with the dealership, but the one thing (person) that actually had us stay was our salesperson, Sal. Not just a car salesman, but a truly great human. He was honest from the start and truly helpful! It was late on a Saturday and he stayed past closing with us and even helped with our two little ones. Sal didn’t get annoyed, didn’t rush us, fought for us, and truly cared. If you’re looking for a new/used car and want to end up happy, see. Sal. YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED

I hate buying cars, especially new cars. The entire staff, including my salesperson Mike H. , made the process quick and easy. It was the first time in my life that I walked away with a new car without feeling “hustled”.

First of all they don't listen. Second of all, they are quick in their actions and speech of how they present their sale. In my opinion they're a rip off. If your not prepared you might walk out with a car when you initially wanted to look at cars. They told me 1 thing 1 day and the next day was being given the run around and a complete different story. They're manipulative, and very deceptive! Augie and Valentin don't go to them!

Kenneth listened to all of the features I wanted my Jeep to have and showed me exactly what I asked to see (Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo). After showing me what I requested, he found a Limited Jeep that not only had all the options that I wanted but was by far a nicer option AND still in my budget. Kenneth was a pleasure to work with because he was very knowledgeable about the product and he was not pushy or aggressive in any way. This was the 7th car dealership my husband and I had been to and at the majority of the dealerships I felt like the salesman were trying to pressure us into making our decision sooner than we wanted to. This was not the case at all with Kenneth. I typically dislike the car buying process but Kenneth made this a very positive experience. I would recommend him to anyone.

My sales person Carlos Belaunde was the best no problems and very professional this was my first time at this dealership and it was a wonderful experience thanks Carlos !!!!!
