Just weird, weird vibes
Hands down, would have likely pulled the trigger despite being $500 over what I was willing to pay for a Jeep recently, but my instinct told me it just wasn't a good idea. Don't get me wrong, I still dream about this car, but I just couldn't shake the feeling enough to commit. From the beginning, the sales person was awkward and seemed overly stressed from our first interaction (towards the end of the conversation, he was putting his face in his hands and rubbing his head constantly). He kept saying "what is the problem here??" every time we'd come back from discussing the offer privately, he asked for my keys to my current car and they disappeared until I asked for them back when I decided I'd had enough bargaining for the day, I asked for a history report on the car and was denied to get one until the next day when he could "get it from his manager." Maybe had I worked with someone else, it would have been a completely different situation, but I wasn't willing to stick around any longer and don't think I have the energy to start back at square 1.

Staff &GM Dean is disorganized and does not return calls
Long story short...I have been trying to buy my jeep compass for over two months now and with little success. I've spoken to Dean and to Warren and then tried emailing the General Manager Dean and did not even get a response from him. I received a letter stating that cap 1 approved me for a loan, but that the loan expired. Funny thing is the dealership never informed me that I was approved after several calls. Still waiting on info.

Shawn and all of the people at Chrysler Dodge were outstanding. The smoothest trip to a car dealership ever! Can you believe were weren't there for hours? Shawn got us in and out we were thrilled with the service. I LOVE my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler and Shawn went over every inch of it in detail. He explained every feature, he had answers for every question we had. I'm just sorry I didn't find these guys years ago! I recommend them without hesitation :)

This place was good to me. I loved that the representative Mr, Kenneth Campos sat down with me and asked what my budget was. It was one of the first few things he asked so he can figure out what he had in stock to work with. He then asked what I was looking to have in a Jeep Wrangler and from there we looked at options. It was amazing to see how he was working numbers with me. Overall I came out to be satisfied

Best sales man Sal Abdallatif, here's why..
So my experience was really great because of Sal Abdallatif. The second my wife and i walked in through the door Sal greeted us with a friendly smile and showed us exactly what we wanted and made us laugh the entire time we were there. Sal really wet the extra mile, not only did we come in close to closing time but he stayed and extra hour after he's shift ended to make sure that we had everything we needed. The reason why I would work with Sal again and refer people back to him is because he was never pushy in way he basically made the entire process fast & easy and really fun.

Great honest salesman
If you are looking for a honest salesman who is a hard worker to get you into the vehicle that you want then you need to visit this dealership and talk to Sal. Not only did Sal go above and beyond to make our car buying experience as worry free as possible he also brought a sence of honesty that is not seen very much in today’s world. Sal dedicated his time and attention to us from the minute we walked on the car lot.
